Quality Policy


At Component Sense, quality begins with care. We genuinely care about our customers and their businesses, and quality is built into every process stage, including customer service. 

We maintain a quality system that meets the requirements of AS9120/EN ISO 9001:2015. To ensure the company improves continuously, the quality system is regularly reviewed and is subject to annual audits.

Our systems are designed with quality in mind. ISO standards are great, but we go much further. Our system captures, monitors, and manages every customer interaction. We have servers worldwide collecting and managing data to help us deliver a superior quality of service.

The quality of components begins with the source. Many brokers buy from franchises to protect their customers, which limits your ability to get the best prices. We buy directly from OEMs and EMSs, which allows us to provide fully traceable stock at excellent prices. We have enormous confidence in the quality of our stock; however, we do not take this for granted. We have rigorous anti-counterfeit procedures and employ highly trained personnel to complete our quality assurance processes.

In fact, we are so confident in our products that we offer a full 12-month warranty.
