Where does your stock come from? Component Sense helps OEM and EMS customers worldwide to redistribute their excess (surplus) and obsolete electronic component stock. This allows us to offer top-quality parts at discounted prices!

How long is your warranty period? We offer an industry-leading 12-month warranty.
What does your warranty cover? If the parts fail to meet the original manufacturers’ specifications — which is unlikely — our warranty will protect you fully.
To what extent does the warranty cover me? We will supply replacement electronic components wherever possible. If this is unsuitable, we will refund you in full for the cost of the parts and shipping. We do not cover consequential losses.
What if we no longer want / need the stock? We offer a no-argument return policy for the first month after your purchase. Following this, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will work something out for you.
Where do you ship? Component Sense ships worldwide! We offer same-day, international shipping using UPS (UK orders) and DHL (worldwide).
Will you dispatch quickly? Absolutely! All orders placed before 14.00 GMT on a working day will be shipped the very same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
How is your shipping so cheap? Due to the large volume of packages we send and receive, our rates are highly competitive, and we pass these savings on to you.
Can I use my own shipping account? Indeed, we are happy to ship on your DHL, UPS, or FedEx account.
Do you pay Duty? Most countries do not charge duty on the types of products we sell, but if they do, it is the responsibility of the receiver to cover these costs
Do you pay Taxes? Many countries charge an import tax. It is the responsibility of the receiver to cover these costs. You can claim this back if you are registered for tax in the receiving country.
What is Dynamic Pricing? Dynamic pricing gives you the best value for money. Instead of charging you inflated prices to meet our minimum order value, we let you take more stock for the same order value.
Why is there no price showing? This occurs when the stock has newly arrived at Component Sense and is not yet priced or available to us. Either way, please request a quote; we will aim to respond within 20 minutes.
Do you have a minimum line value (MLV)? Yes, the amount is based on $100 USD. This may fluctuate depending on your selected currency.
Why is there minimum line value (MLV)? We have established a robust and extensive quality assurance process to protect you. This comes at a cost, so we have to charge at least $100 per line.
