The QM52042TR13-5K from Qorvo is a high-efficiency RF power amplifier module optimised for LTE Bands 42 and 43 (3400–3800 MHz). Designed for telecom and wireless infrastructure applications, it delivers 30 dB of gain and up to 28 dBm output power, all in a compact 10-pin 2 × 2.5 mm package.
