**Key Features**

**High-Power Amplification**

The SKY66420-11 has an integrated power amplifier (PA) capable of delivering up to +27 dBm output power, which provides an extended range in wireless applications.

 

**Integrated Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA)**

This module’s integrated LNA has a typical noise figure of 1.5 dB to enhance receiver sensitivity. This is ideal for low-power devices that require consistent signal reception over long distances. 

 

**Flexible Connectivity and Low Loss**

The SKY66420-11 includes single-ended 50 Ω transmit (TX) and receive (RX) RF interfaces, simplifying integration into designs and minimising signal loss during transmission and reception.

 

**Ultra-Fast Switching Speeds**

The FEM features turn-on and turn-off times of less than 4 µs in RX mode and 2 µs in TX mode, supporting real-time communication in time-critical systems.

 

**Power Efficiency and Sleep Mode**

With a supply voltage range of 2.0V to 4.8V and a sleep mode current of less than 1 µA, the SKY66420-11 is optimised for battery-powered applications.

 

**Compact and Durable Design**

The SKY66420-11 is housed in a 16-pin, 3.0 mm × 3.0 mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package with a rugged design. This makes it suitable for environments operating between -40°C to +85°C.

 

**Bypass and Alternate TX Path**

The transmit bypass mode reduces insertion loss to less than 1.5 dB, and the alternate TX input pin provides additional flexibility for integration with various system-on-chip (SoC) devices.
