The 10CX220YF672I5G from Intel is a 220,000 logic element Cyclone® 10 GX FPGA designed for high-bandwidth industrial, video and communications systems. This device is part of Intel’s Cyclone® 10 GX family, built on a 20nm process and now supplied under the Altera brand. It is the largest device in the family, with 10 transceivers, 236 user I/O and a PCIe Gen2 x4 hard IP block in this package. In the F672 package, the device provides 10 transceivers running at up to 12.5 Gbps. A PCIe Gen1/Gen2 x4 hard IP block handles host connectivity without using general logic, and 10G Ethernet is supported.

**Floating-point DSP and embedded memory**   
There are 192 variable-precision DSP blocks with 384 18 x 19 multipliers, rated at up to 134 GFLOPS peak floating-point performance. On-chip memory totals 11,740 Kb of M20K blocks plus 1,690 Kb of MLAB memory.

**Flexible I/O and memory interfaces**   
The package brings out 236 general-purpose I/O, including 48 3V I/O and 94 LVDS pairs at 1.4 Gbps. External memory support covers DDR3, DDR3L and LPDDR3.

**Industrial-grade 672-pin FBGA package**   
The 27mm x 27mm FBGA uses a 1.0mm ball pitch and is rated for −40°C to 100°C junction temperature. The “I5” in the part number marks the industrial temperature grade and speed grade 5, with a 0.9V core supply.

**RoHS compliant and PB-free**   
The “G” suffix denotes the RoHS-compliant, lead-free version, supporting manufacturers with environmental compliance requirements.
